1 lb hamburger 1 can navy (white) beans 1 can kidney beans 1 lg onion diced 1 can tomato sauce | ½ cup ketchup 6 Tbs brown sugar 6 Tbs apple cider vinegar 6 tsp Worcestershire sauce 6 tsp prepared mustard |
Brown hamburger and onion. Add remaining ingredients and simmer slowly for 45 minutes. Serve on hamburger rolls. | |

Sesame Chicken
Sesame Chicken | |
4-5 Chicken breasts 1 ½ cups Honey Mustard | 2 Tbs sesame seeds 1 Sleeve of Ritz crackers (or Club) |
Cut chicken into strips and combine with honey mustard in one bowl. In another bowl crush crackers and combine with sesame seeds. Dredge chicken pieces in cracker mixture and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until all pink is gone from chicken. | |

¾ cup mayo 1/3 cup mustard | 1/3 cup honey 1 Tbs vinegar or lemon juice |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. | |
