Black Bean and Salsa Soup

This is a great recipe!  I served it in homemade bread bowls.  Even the leftovers were gone the next day.


Black Bean and Salsa Soup
4 cans of black beans, drained and rinsed or
1 lb dry black beans cooked in a pressure cooker
2 cups chunky salsa
2 tsp ground cumin
Sour cream
Green onions, thinly sliced
In a food processor or blender, combine beans, broth, salsa and cumin.  Blend until desired consistency is reached.  Heat the mixture in a saucepan over medium heat until hot.  Ladle into bowls and top with sour cream and green onions.
