Potato Soup | |
| 5 large potatoes, diced 1 large onion, diced 1 clove (or more) of garlic, minced 1 kielbasa link, diced 5 cups of water 2 chicken (or beef) bouillon cubes | Olive oil to taste 2 Tbs butter Parsley to taste Milk to taste Ground pepper to taste |
| Fry kielbasa in oil in the bottom of a large Dutch oven. Remove kielbasa and keep warm. Add butter, garlic, and onions to Dutch oven and brown. Add potatoes and water and cook until soft. Mash some of the potatoes, leaving some chunky. Add milk and parsley and stir. Spoon into bowls and top with kielbasa and pepper. | |
