Chicken Macaroni Bake

Chicken Macaroni Bake
3 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
1 can chicken
4 cups frozen mixed vegetables, defrosted (microwave)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 cups milk
Ground pepper to taste
4 stale-ish hamburger buns
Butter
Cheese

Combine all ingredients in a greased 9X13 pan.   Sprinkle cheese on top.  Butter hamburger buns,cut into cubes and cover top of casserole.  Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. 


This made a LOT.  I'll have to note whether the leftovers are happily eaten or trashed.  This would be excellent with a bit of onion and some grated pepper jack cheese added to the macaroni mix.

Update:  Leftovers went quickly!
