Banana Muffins

Banana nut muffins were made using THIS recipe, but I forgot to put the streusel on top before popping them into the oven.  They were still incredibly moist and I'll definitely use this recipe again.  This was my version.

Banana Muffins
4 large bananas
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease muffin cups.  In a large bowl mash together the bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter.  Mix the salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour into the banana mixture.  Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 minutes.


Next time I'll add nuts!
